thinking about "dignity"
i think if you care about someone you shouldn't dignify yourself over them
if you like someone don't fucking pity them? or elevate yourself over them? that's not nice!!
if you say "oh this is their lot in life"... do you not care enough to share fates?
thinking about the way my friend (poor (permanent) not broke (temporary))'s brother won't pay for their phone bill but makes Plenty of money but will still shame them half to death
